For millions of women and girls, menstruation is a normal part of life.
But when safe menstrual products, clean sanitation and accurate information are out of reach, something natural can become a monthly struggle.

A girl should be thinking about her classroom, not whether she has a sanitary pad.
A young woman should be planning her future not worrying about how she will manage her next period.

And no woman should ever have to compromise her health, dignity or confidence because of something her body naturally goes through.
Yet, menstrual health remains surrounded by silence, stigma and unequal access to basic resources.
