Project Manager

📍 DelhiFull-TimeProgramme Management

Lead and manage Hamari Pahchan's social impact initiatives across education, women empowerment, skill development, healthcare, menstrual hygiene, environmental sustainability, animal welfare, livelihood and community development.

What we’re looking for
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Management, Rural Development, Sociology or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in NGO project management, CSR implementation or the development sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Experience in CSR partnerships, donor reporting, proposal writing and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva and presentation tools
  • Willingness to travel for field visits, corporate meetings and community programs

Compensation: ₹30,000/month onwards (negotiable, based on experience)

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Management, Humanities, Development Studies or related field
  • 1–4 years' experience in NGO operations, field coordination, community engagement or project management
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage field operations efficiently
  • Comfortable with field travel and community interaction
  • Passion for social impact and grassroots development

What we’re looking for
  • Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Communications, Public Policy or related field
  • Excellent communication, networking and negotiation abilities
  • 1–2 years' fundraising experience preferred
  • Sound knowledge of the charity sector
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephonic communication skills

What we’re looking for
  • Any graduate; prior telecalling, telesales or customer service experience preferred
  • Clear, confident communication in Hindi and English
  • Patient, polite, and comfortable with repetitive outreach work
  • Basic comfort with spreadsheets/CRM tools for call logging
  • Based in Delhi NCR, able to work from the office
